Founded in 1993, DOGATEK started to show fast growth in the business sector in 1996 after the beginning of a fruitful business partnership with System Access (UK) , an eminent banking information management systems provider. Since then, DOGATEK has diversified its banking business lines by establishing new business alliances. That same year, DOGATEK became the representative of the German company Giesecke & Devrient and began providing the Turkish banking sector with ATM machines, high speed currency counting and strapping machines, credit cards, smart cards and security paper. Dogatek launched Keron Smart ATM machines with the distributorship of Keba AG (Austria) in 1999.
DOGATEK continues to search for new business opportunities in the world finance sector. In 1999, through the signing of a representation agreement with THYRON Co. (UK) , the company became the solution provider for and distributor of wireless POS cash transaction terminals, adding a whole new range of products to its well-established portfolio.
The most recent addition has been the agreements signed with Currency Systems International Inc. (CSI) USA , a prominent currency automation systems company and Ghirlanda s.p.a, Italy , plastic card manufacturer. In 2003 the technical part of Dogatek, has merged with INTRA (it is founded in 1997 by Haznedaroglu group ) and been named as Solvera.
